Alliance Française de Banjul is hosting Sura Susso for a creative residency. Multifaceted artist, the kora player and singer-songwriter will be present from 27 March to 14 April 2024 for a special musical project.
The aim is to compose music for an international collaboration with various musicians (an Indian, a Chinese, a Spaniard and a South American). This journey to the crossroads will give rise to unprecedented musical fusions.
Finally, the success of the project could lead to the production of an album and a tour. Therefore, it is essential to create a cohesive team. Thus, this is as much an artistic project as a human one that we invite you to explore.
