The International Jazz Day is an event created by the UNESCO, and which aims at celebrating jazz on April 30th every year. Through the organization of jazz concerts all over the world, this unique event puts forward bands from all each countries
In The Gambia, the Alliance Française de Banjul celebrates the International Jazz Day every year, in partnership with UNESCO Gambia National Commission. For the occasion, many jazz bands come on our outdoor theater, to allow a diversified public to discover gambians jazz bands!
