For the third year running, the Festhi (Festival de Théâtre Interscolaire) is taking place in Senegal and The Gambia. Once again this year, thousands of pupils from primary to secondary school will be performing plays written during a residency to be held at the Alliance Française in Banjul from 25th September to 16th October 2023.
The aim of this residency is to write dramatic texts in French adapted for young people. These plays will be illustrated, published and distributed free of charge to the participating classes.
You like to write and have already published texts for young public ? We are looking for authors to participate in an artistic residency that will take place in Alliance Française de Banjul from September 25th to October 16th 2023.
