Do you remember the impactful play “BACK” presented by BRRR Production (Senegal) at the Alliance Française de Banjul last December? We’re thrilled to announce that they are returning to Banjul with a brand-new performance: “D’OU TU VAS!”
Join us on Friday, April 11th, 2025 at the Théâtre de Verdure, Alliance Française de Banjul for a night of powerful theater that gives voice to migration journeys. Don’t miss this moving and thought-provoking creation that explores the lives and struggles of migrants in search of a better future.
On the road of exile, four migrants from different countries meet. United by a common dream, they hope to reach Bremen and live off their art. D’OU TU VAS! is inspired by the Brothers Grimm’s classic tale “The Town Musicians of Bremen.” This poignant performance reflects the hopes, challenges, and realities faced by those on a quest for a better life. 🌍
Through art and storytelling, the piece emphasizes the emotional and human experiences of migration, offering a voice to those often unheard.
