Synopsis : MACA, Abidjan prison, one of the most overcrowded prisons in West Africa. Aging and sick, Blackbeard is an increasingly challenged kingpin. To keep his power, he reconnects with the tradition of “Roman”, a ritual that consists of forcing a prisoner to tell stories for a whole night. A young pickpocket is designated. “Roman” does not know how to tell but he is haunted by a single story, that of the chief “microbe” Zama King…
